2. Data collected

• Online: data submitted via forms (last name, first name, email, telephone, message).
• Offline: data collected at meetings, trade fairs or other in-person events.

3. Purposes of processing

• Responding to contact and information requests.
• Sending commercial communications and newsletters.
• Carrying out targeted prospecting, including the use of Google Ads for advertising and retargeting campaigns.
• Customer relationship management and improvement of marketing services.

4. Legal basis

• Consent: via checkboxes, the cookie manager and forms.
• Legitimate interest: commercial prospecting, marketing analysis.

5. Recipients of the data

• Internally: the Phocus1 team.
• External service providers:
  • OVH SAS (hosting) Phocus1
  • Google (Analytics and Ads)
  • Email marketing platforms, CRM, etc.
• No resale of data to third parties.

6. Retention periods

• Contacts/prospecting: retained for 3 years after the last exchange.
• Google Analytics audience measurement (_ga cookies, up to 13 months) and Google Ads conversion measurement (Google tag AW-16600495975 linked to the GA4 property, _gcl_au cookies, 90 days), only after your consent; your choice is kept for 12 months.
• Client (investor) data: 5 years after the end of the relationship, in accordance with regulatory obligations.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Certain service providers (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) may transfer data outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
